All searches required can be ordered at the same time using our comprehensive search request form.

Searches can be ordered quickly and efficiently by fax, post, e-mail or on-line and our reports delivered by email, post or fax.

We can, if required, supply multiple copies of each search report to avoid the time consuming process of producing client and file copies.

Unlike the Local Authority we will not return your search for minor reasons causing unnecessary delay

Competetive fees

We regulary monitor our fees against both private and public sector competitors.

Search reports delivered in 3 to 5 working days

subject of course, to any Local Authority restriction/appointment system. (please note we rarely have problems making adequate appointments due to our longstanding working relationships with local authorities.) Environmental reports can be delivered much faster.

Acceptable for Lenders

The Local Authority Search Report fully complies with the requirements of the majority of Lenders as stated in the Council of Mortgage Lenders Handbook.

The vast majority of lenders and 9 out of the top 10 lenders now accept our searches.

Each report is covered by £2 million Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Reports are presented in an easy to read, current CON29 format.
