Local Authority Search on commercial property

Whilst some Local Authorities make a higher charge for searches on business premises, we charge the same price for both domestic and commercial searches.

Full Refund

If, after consultation, a lender listed refuses to accept our Local Authority Search Report, the search fee will be refunded in full.

Service Commitment

Our search reports are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days following the date on which the search instructions are received, however if you require a search more urgently this can be arranged. Please call us to discuss your requirements and timescale. 

Price Promise

If you receive a formal offer from any other, regulated search provider to carry out Local Authority Searches at a price which is lower than ours, we will usually beat their price!
